Sand production line is what we call daily sand production line, which is mainly used to produce artificial machine-made sand for building. Sand production line is the main way to produce artificial sand, and the machinable materials include river pebbles, pebbles, limestone, granite, basalt, diabase and andesite. The equipment required for the sand production line is introduced below.

1 Jaw crusher Jaw crusher is a common crushing equipment in sand and gravel production line. When the particle size of the processed material is larger than that of the crusher used for medium crushing, it is necessary to use jaw crusher for primary crushing. Jaw crusher has the advantage of large feed particle size and can crush large materials below 1500mm.

2. Impact crusher Impact crusher is generally used for medium crushing of materials, and the crushing of materials is accomplished by impact energy. Its advantage lies in that the crushed materials are mostly cubic, which meets the requirements of artificial sand and gravel, and its disadvantage lies in the fast wear rate.

3. Cone crusher Cone crusher plays the role of medium crushing or fine crushing on the sand and gravel production line, which has the characteristics of stable equipment operation, low failure rate and low wear rate.

4. Sand making machine Sand making machine is a common equipment in artificial sand production line, which is mainly used for finely or ultra-fine crushing materials. Its advantage is that it can crush materials and reshape them. The pulverized material has fine particle size and good particle shape, and its products can be used in high-demand construction projects such as expressway and high-rise buildings.

5. Sand washer The sand washer plays the role of a cleaner on the sand production line, which is mainly used to remove impurities in the sand. The equipment has simple structure, stable operation, low failure rate and long service life.

The materials are uniformly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, then the coarse crushed materials are medium crushed by the impact crusher, and the medium crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen. Qualified materials are sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and molding, and unqualified materials are returned to the impact crusher for further crushing. The materials are finely separated by a sand maker and then screened by a vibrating screen. Unqualified materials are returned to the sand making machine for crushing, and qualified materials are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. After cleaning, dehydration and drying are carried out to obtain the required finished product.
