Clubbing of the fingers (toes) is an enlargement of the distal fingers (toes) in the shape of a drumstick, also known as mallet fingers. In the early stage of the enlargement, small veins and capillaries dilate and tissue edema occurs, and in the late stage there is tissue hyperplasia. The mechanism of occurrence is unclear. Finger clubbing is generally thought to be associated with cardiopulmonary disease, but it is also seen in other conditions.
Looking at the picture of your hand, it should be the early stages of finger clubbing. I wish you a speedy recovery! Please accept it, thank you.
