The Appraisal Standard for Minor Injuries of Human Body was promulgated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Supreme People's Court and Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China on 1 July, 9901day for trial implementation, including Chapter VI, Article 56.
