Add the pre-baked cranberries and chopped walnuts and knead well.

Roll the kneaded dough into a container and cover it with plastic wrap.

Room temperature is 26 degrees for 60-70 minutes.

Ventilate the fermented dough, divide it into 4 parts, fold it into a circle, cover it with plastic wrap and relax 15 minutes. Sprinkle some flour on the plastic wrap to prevent it from sticking.

When the oven is to be preheated, powder it and cut the package. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (/kloc-after 0/5 minutes, cover with tin foil according to the coloring situation).

Please adjust the time and temperature according to your oven. If you want to expand the incision better, you can add steam. If you like soft taste, you can lower the temperature to 180 degrees.

1. Broken walnuts can be roasted in advance or in a pan. Sometimes I prefer raw walnuts.

2. It is best to keep the remaining yeast fresh, for example, within two to three days. The gluten of fermented seeds will decrease after long-term cold storage, so I usually use it to make Ma Fen or various Chinese pasta with low gluten requirements.
