Becoming a successful teacher should be the ideal and goal pursued by every teacher. In my opinion, to be a successful teacher, you must be a good teacher first. If you can become a good teacher, then I think we are not far from success. First, having an ideal is the premise of a good teacher. A good teacher should have an ideal for which he strives, as my educational ideal says: passion, poetry, wit and vitality. Ideal is the driving force of behavior. Ideal is the dividing line between greatness and mediocrity, which makes people different. Ideal produces passion, and passion makes the main theme of ideal powerful. Ideal produces wit, and wit makes the pursuit of ideal full of wisdom and beauty. Ideals generate vitality, and vitality provides an inexhaustible source for the realization of ideals. Ideals produce perseverance, and perseverance makes the exploration of ideals a happy process. Passion, poetry, wit, vitality and perseverance make dreams come true. With an ideal, there is a goal of struggle and a direction of progress. Second, education is the foundation of a good teacher. Studying hard and enriching yourself is the basis of becoming an excellent teacher. A teacher with ideals, a teacher who wants to be everyone, and a teacher who wants to be an educator must start from the basics and read more books in a down-to-earth manner. As teachers, we need all kinds of knowledge. Therefore, a good teacher should have a profound cultural background, study hard and constantly enrich himself. Third, caring is the condition of a good teacher. A caring teacher will be respected by parents and children, which is also one of the prerequisites for becoming a good teacher. Teachers should devote themselves to loving children and education. Only love can win love. You love education, and education will love you, so you can have fun in your career. If you love your children, they will love you. In our real work, there are many teachers who have no love, instead of teaching and educating people, they act as educational policemen. Not to encourage children, but to find shortcomings and find their own shortcomings. I always believe that a very important premise of education is love. Only on the basis of love can teachers devote all their strength, their youth, wisdom and no regrets to children and education. Passion and self-confidence are the guarantee of a good teacher. To be a successful teacher, you must have lofty ideals and passion at the same time. For teachers, the pursuit of educational ideals and the pursuit of goals require passion, which is the most basic condition for doing a good job in education. We should be good at knowing ourselves and discovering ourselves. Why do some people in life have no passion? Because they can't find their loveliness and greatness. I think there are two important prerequisites for a person to succeed: one is to pursue success, and the other is to believe that he can succeed. Anyone can achieve great success, and any teacher will succeed, but we haven't found a way to succeed yet. A good teacher should constantly pursue success, design success, and more importantly, hit success. Because people don't know what kind of person they will become when they come to this world, only by hitting the dark spot where everyone can succeed can generate spark success. Good communication skills are a prerequisite for a successful teacher. The surrounding environment and interpersonal relationships are simple and complicated. As a member of the environment, people should first learn to be human, know how to communicate well and master communication skills. The level of communication directly affects its position in society. To tell the truth, the human environment is getting more and more complicated. Harmony and unity have become an important goal of managers' management, and unity and harmony directly affect the success or failure of a group. Only when individuals in the collective can communicate well with others can we ensure the harmony and stability of the collective. If an individual can work and live successfully, he can become a successful individual. No matter who he is, as long as he can handle all the complicated relationships around him, he is a successful person. Of course, teachers are no exception. In a word, to be a successful teacher, we should not only be full of ideals, passion and poetry, but also be confident, constantly learn, constantly enrich ourselves, constantly challenge ourselves, be caring, be good at thinking, and be good at mobilizing all factors that help us grow up. Therefore, we are a teacher with personality charm. This is my understanding of the meaning of a successful teacher after listening to today's lecture and using my own inspiration.
