1. You can move multimedia files stored in your mobile phone to an external SD card.
2. If it is a picture/video shot by a camera/camcorder, you can set the storage path to SD card in advance, and open the camera/camcorder-pinion icon-memory-memory card.
3. Try to uninstall some third-party software that is not commonly used.
4. Back up the important data of the mobile phone and restore the factory settings.
If the mobile phone problem still exists after the above operation, please bring the purchase invoice, three-guarantee certificate and mobile phone to contact Samsung Service Center for testing.
