300g of low-gluten flour
Butter160g
Sugar100g
An egg (about 50 grams)
A teaspoon of vanilla extract
A little cocoa powder
A little food coloring
-Steps-
1. Material to take a photo with ~
2. the pattern is probably to create this feeling.
Butter softens at room temperature. Add powdered sugar until it swells and turns white.
4. Beat the eggs, add vanilla extract, first add half until they are completely mixed, then add the other half.
5. Sift in low-gluten flour
6. Knead the biscuit dough, don't knead it for too long, just stir it evenly.
7. Divided into three parts, two ears and a face.
8. Break it down a little bit more
9. Add food pigment to the dough, gently knead it and dye it to your satisfaction. Just add the cocoa powder to a dark enough color. I used about 2g a day. If you don't like to use pigments, you can use monascus powder instead of red food pigments, use matcha powder as green eyes, and use bamboo charcoal powder instead of cocoa powder. It's a pity that you can't buy anything in Daji Village.
10. Start from the inside and wrap it layer by layer. The white part of the eyes, the pink part of the ears and nose are twisted into long strip cylinders, and the approximate proportion is as shown in the figure. Freeze it in the refrigerator until it hardens.
1 1. The brown part of the eye is divided into two parts, each part is wrapped with a white part, gently rounded, and put back in the refrigerator for further freezing.
12. Arrange the pink part of the ear into a triangle and freeze it for later use.
13. The nose is slightly squashed and frozen for later use.
14. Divide the blue part of the eye into two parts, roll it into pieces with a thickness of 1mm, wrap the brown part, and circle it gently, taking care not to leave bubbles in the middle.
15. Roll out the original color of the ear slightly, wrap both sides of the pink triangle, tidy up the shape, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate (I forgot to take it).
16. Prepare all parts and freeze them to hard standby. The size of the mouth is arbitrary, but the two diameters should be as close as possible, so that it looks good when rubbed evenly.
17. Cover the remaining brown dough with plastic wrap (otherwise it will stick) and roll it as thin as possible.
18. Cut a narrow one and stick it on one side of one of the mouths.
19. Live with another one, put the brown part in the middle and press it gently.
20. Cut a slightly wider one and cover it directly above the two mouths. Gently clean the middle ditch with a bamboo stick (be careful not to cut it)
2 1. Roll about half of the remaining primary color dough into even pieces of 1-2mm for later use.
22. Combine all the parts in the center of the patch, from the eyes to the mouth.
23. Two strips of dough with this primary color in the middle.
24. Graphic combination
25. Finally, put the following dough pieces together and wrap them tightly, and stick a layer of pink dough pieces of about 1mm at the closing place (according to this ratio, there should be some pink left). Wrap with plastic wrap and shape. Squeeze it gently to make the inner part stick tighter. Freeze until hard.
26. Apply a little egg liquid under your ears and stick it on your head. Forming, and freezing again until hard.
27. Like this, it's a little scary.
28. Cut into pieces of about 5 mm..
29. The beautiful side faces down, so that the flat but not empty bottom will be more neat and beautiful. 160℃ fire, about 15 minutes, you'd better keep an eye on it, it's a pity that such a lovely cat is burned ~ps seems to see a river boy at the lower right = =
30. Out of the pot ~
3 1. The girl is very attentive, and the children must like it, too.
