Details of the map of Elysium

The silk version of Elysium is colorful, with a length of 160 cm, a width of 80 cm and a shaft. Collection: National Palace Museum in Taipei. Gan Qing Ding Long Guan Peng was awarded the honor and painting.

In the center of the picture are the three western saints: Amitabha, Avalokitesvara and Great Trend Bodhisattva, all sitting on the big lotus seat. Amida Buddha in the middle has a towering bun, a straight body, hands tied in meditation, and a lotus platform in the palm. On both sides, Guanyin and Amitabha are slightly sideways.

Amitabha has a Shuang Bao cover on the top, decorated with pendants and jewels. On both sides of the three icons are disciples who have heard voices, eight on the left and eight on the right. Among them, those with long eyebrows, holding Zhang Xi, cloak head, Brahma-shaped face, holding Bayeux sutra and other special shapes are huge.

In front of the altar, there is a "treasure house of coloured glaze", which is interwoven with the lotus platform of rhombic lattice. On both sides are saints and bodhisattvas, all dressed up and dragged to the ground. The wreaths are hung by Yu Pei, and each wreath is supported by incense, lamps, fruits, flowers, pigments (painting incense) and music (musical instruments). On the left and right sides, there are two bodhisattvas with snares, far apart, posing horizontally in the painting. There are bodhisattvas kneeling on the ground, monks in monk's clothes and Buddhist disciples dressed at home.

Behind the three icons (at the top of the picture) are Miao Hua Palace, pavilions with treasures and some scenery floating in the void. Such as the Void Pavilion, the Life-respecting Mansion, and the multi-storey stupas, the practitioners in the air are thinking about Taoism, and other bodhisattvas in the air are flying. There are seven rows of trees in the interval. The lotus pond in front of the pavilion is as big as a wheel. The pagoda is surrounded by disciples and saints who have heard the scriptures.

Right in front of the glazed treasure land (below) is a picture of a big lotus pond, with seven rafters, seven nets, one light flower building, one light treasure building, one mani pearl and fourteen branches of water. Birds appear in the light of pearls. The theme of Dalian Lotus Pond is "Nine Kinds of Life", and in the front row facing the Three Saints are "Learning from Buddhism", "Top Grade Living" and "Flowers Seeing Buddha".

Although there are many people and the scenery is complex, this painting is well-structured, symmetrical and colorful. Between the tree palace and the saints and bodhisattvas, the reality and reality coexist, and the order is orderly, vividly presenting the wonderful scene of the paradise.
