Gongdian Village is located 40km south of Suizhou and 5km west of Luoyang/KLOC-0. It is a typical mountain village formed by the merger of former Gongdian Village and Caijiazui Village. The land here is fertile, the transportation is convenient, the ecology is intact, and the cadres and the masses are harmonious. The village covers an area of 25.8 square kilometers, with 2,638 mu of cultivated land and 0.5 million mu of farmland/kloc. There are 6 natural groups, 605 families with 2286 people, 5 village cadres and 63 people in party member. Mountains, water, forests, fields and roads in the village are evenly and orderly distributed, the village is clean and bright, and the forest coverage rate is over 85%. The villagers have excellent production and living conditions. It has been awarded the honorary titles of "National Civilized Village", "National Model Village of Democracy and Rule of Law", "Demonstration Village of New Rural Construction in Hubei Province", "Health Village in Hubei Province", "Civilized Village in Suizhou City" and "Ecological Civilized Village in Zengdu District" successively.

Gongdian Village is adjacent to Fan Luo Village, Jiejialong Village, Yijiawan Village, Zhangfan Village, Qiufan Village, Yongxing Village, Luoyang Street Community, Jewelry Village, Tongxing Village, Jinjiling Village, Wang Jiaqiao Village, Yihe Road Community, Junzishan Village and Hujiahe Village.

20 15 On February 28th, the Central Civilization Committee decided to award Gongdian Village the title of the 4th National Civilized Village.

20 19 12 3 1, the State Forestry and Grassland Bureau announced the second batch of national forest village, and Gongdian Village was on the list.

There are tourist attractions such as Wanzhou Waterfall Group Tourist Area, Chongqing Three Gorges Immigrant Memorial Hall, Yuejun Mountain Zhaibao Cultural Scenic Area, Tansongxia and Wanzhou Tongxin Vegetable Grand View Garden near Gongdian Village, and there are specialties such as Wanxian Tangju, Wanzhou Luotianmi, Wanzhou Kiwi, Wanxian Old Chicken and Wanzhou Qingcuimei.
