1, ribs with Sanfengqiao sauce

Sanfengqiao sauce sparerib, commonly known as Wuxi Meat Bone, is a traditional famous dish in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, belonging to Jiangsu cuisine. It was produced in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty (AD 1875), and it has a history of nearly 140 years. It is one of the three famous dishes in Wuxi.

Sanfengqiao sauce spareribs are made of pork spareribs or grass spareribs, with a variety of natural spices such as star anise and cinnamon. Using a unique firing method, the ribs are red in color, oily but not greasy, crisp and rotten in bone, rich in aroma, mellow in taste, moderate in sour, sweet and salty, which represents the characteristics of Wuxi food culture.

Peach has been cultivated for nearly 70 years and is produced in Yangshan Town, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, a famous peach town in China. In 2002, this tea won the first place in the 10th Lu Yu Cup in Jiangsu Province, the first place in the China Cup, the second gold medal in the second international famous tea competition, and was recognized as a national famous brand product for the second time at the China Agricultural Fair.
