1, perfect level -FL
The FL grade is a loose diamond, and no inclusions and defects can be seen under the magnifying glass with magnification of 10. This grade of rough diamonds is very rare, and only 1% of all rough diamonds have no time grade. Therefore, FL-grade loose diamonds are generally small in carats and expensive.
