Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen the internal security of units, protect the lives and property of the state, collectives and citizens, and safeguard the socialist modernization drive, these provisions are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and combined with the actual situation in our province. Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to all organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and other units in this province (hereinafter referred to as units). Article 3 The internal security work of the unit adheres to the principles of "putting prevention first, ensuring key points, attacking the enemy to ensure safety" and "whoever is in charge is responsible". Article 4 The internal security work of a unit shall be organized and implemented by the legal representative or principal responsible person of the unit (hereinafter referred to as the responsible person of the unit). Fifth public security organs at all levels shall, in accordance with the principle of hierarchical management, be responsible for the guidance and supervision of the internal security work of units within their respective jurisdictions. Chapter II Tasks and Responsibilities Article 6 The main tasks of the unit

(a) to establish and improve the security agencies and public security organizations, give play to the role of public security committee, fire brigade, factory (school) team, public security patrol, economic police, doorman and night watchman, do a good job in public security joint defense, and maintain public order within the unit.

(two) establish and improve the safety responsibility system, strengthen the protection of key and vital parts.

(three) to educate all employees on safety and legal system, improve vigilance and enhance the concept of legal system.

(five) to supervise and inspect the criminals who are under control, paroled or suspended by the judicial organs according to law or the defendants who are under investigation.

(seven) to assist the public security organs or under the guidance of the public security organs, to crack down on criminal cases and public security cases related to their own units, and to investigate and handle public security disasters and accidents. Article 7 Responsibilities of the person in charge of the unit

(a) to organize the formulation and implementation of the internal security work plan of the unit, and actively complete the internal security prevention tasks of the unit deployed by the local people's government, the competent department and the public security organs.

(two) to organize the formulation of the internal security system of the unit, strengthen the construction of technical prevention facilities, carry out public security situation education and public security safety inspection, and formulate measures and implement rectification for the public security problems and hidden dangers existing in the unit.

(three) to strengthen the ideological, organizational and professional construction of the security team, improve the security working conditions, listen to the security work report regularly, and solve the existing problems in time.

(four) to organize forces to assist the public security organs to investigate and deal with criminal cases and public security disasters within their own units. Article 8 The security organs and cadres of a unit shall be responsible for the daily specific work of internal security under the leadership of the person in charge of the unit and the guidance of the public security organs. Article 9 The main duties of public security organs in implementing these Provisions are:

(a) to guide and assist units to establish and improve public security organizations and systems.

(two) to supervise and inspect the internal security work of the unit in accordance with the provisions.

Chapter III Classified Prevention Management Article 11 Safety prevention management of cash and tickets
