The professional qualification name of professional and technical personnel for quality inspection of jewelry and jade is jewelry and jade quality inspector (hereinafter referred to as "quality inspector"). Quality inspector refers to professional and technical personnel who have passed the national unified examination and obtained the qualification certificate of quality inspector and are registered to engage in this business activity. The Ministry of Personnel and the State Bureau of Technical Supervision are responsible for formulating and promulgating the qualification system of professional and technical personnel responsible for the national quality inspection of jewelry and jade. The Ministry of Personnel authorizes the State Bureau of Technical Supervision to be responsible for the organization and implementation of the qualification system for professional and technical personnel of jewelry and jade quality inspection nationwide.
