1. Scope of application
This specification applies to stator windings and rotor windings of single-phase and three-phase asynchronous motors.

4. Process preparation

4.3 Check the size of the wire mould and install it on the spindle of the winding machine.

4.5 Fix the end of the enameled copper round wire on the main shaft of the winding machine, and then tighten the enameled copper round wire to a proper tightness (it is advisable to straighten the enameled wire on the principle of not thinning the enameled wire and damaging the insulation).
5. Process flow
5. 1 Leave an appropriate length at the beginning of the conductor as required and fix it on the pin made of winding model.
5.2 Start the winding machine and wind the first coil. The wires are arranged neatly and tightly from left to right in the groove without crossing. Stop the machine when the counter reaches the specified number of revolutions.
5.3 Leave the connecting wire and wind the remaining coils in the same way.
5.4 Leave terminal leads according to the specified length, and cut off the leads.
5.5 Remove the winding die, take out the coils one by one, and help tie the upper and lower ends of the coils.
5.6 The winding of the whole motor shall be completed according to 5. 1~5.5, tied up after being checked by the tachometer, and neatly placed on the station where the coil is stored.
6. Quality inspection
6. 1 The first piece of each batch of wound coils must be inspected according to relevant technical documents before it can be put into production.
6.2 In normal production, the following items should be checked.
6.2. 1 Check the number of turns of each coil with a turn tester to meet the requirements of the drawings.
6.2. 1 The number of conductor joints in each coil shall not exceed one, two in each phase coil and four in each motor. The joint must be at the hypotenuse of the end, and the binding shall comply with the provisions of Article 7. 1.
6.2.3 The coils in the instrument of the workstation shall be arranged neatly, and the insulation shall not be damaged.
7. Technical safety and preventive measures
7. 1 If insufficient wire length or broken wire is found in the winding, welding is allowed, but the following provisions must be observed.

7.2 When winding wires, observe the wires carefully. If there is insulation damage, it shall be implemented according to 7.1.1~ 7.1.3, but there shall be no more than one coil and no more than two coils per phase.
7.3 The wound coils shall be neatly placed on a clean workbench, and the stacking height shall not exceed 0.5m, and there shall be no bending deformation.
7.4 Check the wire gauge every time the wire is changed, and use it only after it is qualified.
7.5 The winding machine should have reliable grounding protection device.
7.6 When working, female workers must wear working hats.
