According to legend, more than 4,000 years ago, serious floods occurred continuously in the Yellow River Basin of China. The Yellow River diverted south and seized the middle and lower reaches of the Huaihe River. The Yellow River seized the Huai River, and the whole country fell into an unprecedented disaster. At this time, Yao presided over a tribal alliance meeting to study the flood problem. People unanimously recommended Xia Shouguan, the father of Yu, who has a tradition of water control, as the king of water control. The gun uses the method of "blocking obstacles" to build dams to contain floods. But the floods are so fierce that the dams built are often washed away by the floods. The gun was executed because it was not conducive to water control. Yu inherited his father's ambition and determined to control water disasters and benefit the people. In order to find a cure for water conservancy, he traveled thousands of miles from the Yellow River basin to the heaped-up mountains on the Huaihe River. Finally, with his loyalty, Yu got the Water Classic Annotation from Meng, the monarch of Tushan Stone County, and won the heart of Meng's daughter. Sima Qian, the daughter of Mongolia, wrote in "Mrs. Xia Benwang, Historical Records"
"Ji" records "Xia Diqi, the son of Yu. Daughter of his mother Tu Shanshi. "Yu married Tu Shanshi's daughter, and left home for water conservancy shortly after marriage, and did not return for thirteen years. Yu used dredging to control water. He dug canals to drain water, dredged rivers and led floods all the way to the Yellow Sea. In order to dredge the Huaihe River, Jing and Tuer Mountain were split, and the two mountains were sandwiched between the Huaihe River and opposed from then on. At this time, his wife Tu Shanshi also gave birth to his son Qi, and the baby cried. I passed by the door and heard crying, but I didn't go in to visit. There is an eternal story of "three houses don't enter". Tu Shanshi woman looked in the direction of her husband's water control day and night, but I didn't come back. She longed for it very much, and finally she became a Wang Fu stone and sat at the eastern end of Tu Shan. Later people called it Qimushi. And Tu Shan barren woman this hope, see for more than 4000 years.
The Book of Beginners (Volume 5) quotes Liu Yiqing's Youming Road in the Southern Song Dynasty: "There is a Wang Mi Stone in the north mountain of Wuchang, which looks like a man standing." As the old saying goes, once upon a time, there was a chaste woman whose husband was in the army, and when the country was in trouble, she sent her frail son to Beishan, hoping that her husband would become a stone. "Wang Mi-shih, southwest of Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province, was handed down from Meng Jiangnu Wang Fu. Others, such as the southwest of Longde County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the gorge of the county head in Fenyi County, Jiangxi Province, the Gudinghat in the north of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, and Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, have Wangfu Stone. Refer to the unified records of Jiaqing, Jinzhou, Pingliang, Yuanzhou, Guiyang and Qu Dajun in the Qing Dynasty.
Cao Pi's Biography of Liey also recorded the legend of Wang Fuzhi. Original: There is a piece of Wang Mi Stone on the north hill of Wuchang New County, which looks like a person standing. Yun Chuan: Once upon a time, there was a virgin whose husband served in the army and went to the national disaster; A woman came to this mountain with her little son, and it turned to stone.
Version 1 Wang Mi-shi stands on a hill in the southwest of Sha Tin, Hong Kong. This big stone is about fifteen meters high and looks like a woman with a child on her back. The tragic story about Wang Fushi is well known, and residents in Sha Tin are even more familiar with it. Legend has it that in Shatian, a poor rural family, his wife gave birth to a baby girl and died, leaving a baby girl behind, and the neighbor's wife also gave birth to our son. She sympathized with the orphan girl and nursed her. The two children have always been childhood friends and get along well. Soon the girl's father died, and the orphan girl became the neighbor's "child bride". When she grew up, she married the boy and gave birth to a pair of sons. One year, there was a drought and the crops failed. In order to make a living, the husband was forced to leave his wife and children and go abroad to make a living with his fellow villagers. But if he never comes back, there is no news. Every day, women hold their youngest son, carry their eldest son, climb mountains and watch the sea, expecting their husbands to come back. Every day, the wind and rain do not change. One day, when mother and son were climbing the mountain as usual, they were caught in a storm and thundered. The mother and son suddenly disappeared into the world, but there was a huge rock where they stood, which looked like the missing mother and son. Legend has it that it deeply touched the sky, turned them into rocks and kept the peaks forever. Version 2 Legend has it that Meng Jiangnu finally came to the foot of the Great Wall. But by then, it's getting late and the city gate is closed, so it's impossible to pass. Meng Jiangnv's children are very anxious and can't sleep at night, so she climbs the Phoenix Mountain and stands on a big stone overlooking the Great Wall in the distance. But it was too dark for her to see. She was so anxious to walk back and forth on this big stone that it was almost dawn, so that she could get through customs and reunite with her husband as soon as possible. I don't want the footprints to be deeply imprinted on the stone overnight, so later generations call this big stone Wang Mi Stone. Behind the back hall of Meng Jiangnu Temple, there is a big stone with several stone nests on it. Legend has it that footprints are left behind. There are also three big characters engraved on the stone-"Wang Mi Stone", written by Baihui in the eight years of Shunzhi. All the tourists here usually take pictures next to Wang Mishi to express their good wishes. It seems that only in this way can we not waste Meng Jiangnv Temple and its party. Version 3 The rocks in Guilin are very strange and have their own characteristics, and there is also a "Wang Mi Stone". The valley under the Jiuniu Ridge of Lijiang River in Guilin is called Huangniu Gorge. Along the canyon, you can see wonders such as "Dragon Playing in the Water" and "Frog Crossing the River", and then enter Mi Dou Beach. At Mi Dou Beach, you can enjoy Wang Mishi. There are many legends about Wang Fu, one of which is that a young couple unfortunately ran aground on a boat with their newborn child. Seeing that there was only the last bucket of rice left in the ration, the husband climbed to the top of the mountain and looked around for a rescue boat. Always there, never waiting, my heart turned to stone when I was in a hurry. Seeing that her husband had been gone for a long time, the wife took the children up the mountain to look for them. She just walked to the mountainside and saw that her husband had turned into a stone man. Suddenly, her heart was broken and she was assimilated into a stone. Li Zeng, a poet in the Qing Dynasty, wrote a poem: Wangjiang Toufu, a fossil. Two washed steamed buns were wet and smoked black and blue. Leave the soul solemn and stirring, accumulate hatred and fragrance. What's wrong, tourists? The sailboat has been sailing. There is another saying: once upon a time, there was a couple who rowed for a living. It was nine winters. They sailed against the current and suffered a lot. In the evening, the couple docked by the river and met an old woman who came to beg with her children. It was really pitiful to see them. The couple gave their only bucket of rice to the old woman. After the couple ran out of food, they only hoped that there would be ships between the upstream and downstream to help. But there were no boats then. It was a leak in the house that kept it raining all night. So, the husband climbed up the mountain to see the boat every day. One day, the wife saw that her husband had not gone down the mountain for a long time, so she went up the mountain to find him. As a result, she found that her husband had been frozen to death by heavy snow and starved to death in the mountains. When the wife was in a hurry, she died beside her husband. In memory of this kind couple, people call their berth "Mi Dou Beach". Later, when the couple turned to stone, people called her husband "immortal stone" and her wife "Wang Fu stone". Version 4 Long ago, there was a man who was versatile and kind-hearted. He married a girl and gave birth to a child. In order to make a living, the husband went fishing in the sea and said to his wife before going out to sea, "I must bring a boat full of jewels when I come back this time!" " "But I have been away for half a year, and I haven't heard from you. My wife longs to see the sea every day. Every time she sees a boat full of jewels, she screams with joy, but it's not her husband's boat every time, day after day ... My wife looks at the sea every day, expecting her husband to come home as soon as possible ... One day, an old fisherman was fishing by the sea, and suddenly he found that there was an extra stone by the sea. When he got closer, he looked like that wife. It turned out that her wife looked at the sea every day and turned into a stone-"Wang Mi Stone"
