Why do you get oral ulcers?
Frankly speaking, there is no clear result in medical institutions at present. Oral mucosa epithelium is very loose, and it is easy to have tiny wounds. Any factor that delays healing may lead to ulcers.

For example, wearing false teeth, braces, eating melon seeds, damaged dental caries, eating hard and crisp fried barbecue, etc., will bring frequent mechanical friction and constantly stimulate the wound. Therefore, it is not difficult for us to find that oral ulcers always appear in areas with more contact with teeth and thinner mucosa, such as the inner side of the lips and cheeks, but rarely in front of the tongue, gums and maxilla with thicker epithelial keratin.

Sodium dodecyl sulfate (sodium dodecyl sulfate: white or yellowish powder, soluble in water, insensitive to alkali and hard water. It has decontamination, emulsification and excellent foaming ability. It is an anionic surfactant with slight toxicity to human body. The foam of toothpaste is its masterpiece. Sodium dodecyl sulfate is a commonly used ionic detergent, which can disintegrate cell membrane. Long-term use will seriously reduce the skin's defense ability and lead to immature epidermal cells. ) It is related to oral ulcers, but 95% of toiletries, including toothpaste, are decontaminated with it. Everything you eat just after brushing your teeth is sour and astringent, just because this substance can temporarily paralyze your sweet feeling. Of course, we can't live without toothpaste, but we can use it in small quantities. When we finally brush our teeth and rinse our mouths, we should use a toothbrush to help clean all the toothpaste on our teeth without leaving any residue.

Toothpaste contains fluoride, which is also found in toothpaste to prevent tooth decay. Fluorine is beneficial to prevent dental caries. If the fluorine content in water is less than 0.5ppm, the incidence of dental caries will reach 70%~90%. However, fluoride toothpaste has other side effects. Long-term use of fluoride toothpaste may cause inflammation of gums and mouth, so when we brush our teeth, we should try not to use fluoride toothpaste if it is not to prevent tooth decay.

Excessive use of toothpaste, usually we squeeze toothpaste, according to the demonstration on TV advertisements, as shown in the figure below, and it often falls off with brushing. If the dose is as shown in the following figure, it is really excessive:

Irregular teeth breed too many bacteria. We often find that our oral ulcers are always concentrated in several common places. The area with the highest incidence rate is where our teeth grow crooked. These two teeth are just squeezed together, which is easy to remove food residue and breed a lot of bacteria.

After the initial induction, the deficiency of vitamins B 1, B2, B6, B 12, zinc, iron and folic acid and low immunity will generally delay the repair of epithelial tissues and bring about recurrent oral ulcers.

Therefore, according to the current research, oral ulcer has no specific pathogenic factors, but can be induced by many factors. Later, due to the local autoimmune problem caused by the slow repair of epithelial tissue, we want to eradicate recurrent ulcers and improve immunity, so that even if there is a sore in the mouth, it will be repaired quickly and there will be no more ulcers.

Oral ulcer alliance? There is a solution.
