Different functions

The sand making machine mainly uses the working principles of "striking stone with stone" and "striking iron with stone" to break, and can adjust the size of the discharged material at will according to the production needs of customers. It has the functions of breaking, shaping and making sand, and belongs to the shaping link.

Different feed particle sizes

The feed particle size of crusher is relatively large, which can directly crush the big stones mined from the mountain, and the particle size is generally around 1 m to 2 m, while the feed particle size of sand maker is relatively small, generally controlled at about 20-30cm, and the feed particle size cannot exceed the limit of the equipment itself, otherwise it will easily damage the equipment.

Different discharge particle sizes

The particle size of the crushed sand will generally be controlled below 25mm, which is convenient for the sand making machine to carry out the next sand making process. The particle size of the sand processed by the sand making machine will be controlled within 5mm, and the sand that meets the standard of building sand can be screened out by the vibrating screen.
