What are the processes of sheet metal leveling?
1. There are two kinds of dies for flattening flat parts: plane flattening and sharp tooth flattening.

2. For parts that are relatively thin and have no fine marks on the surface, they can only be leveled. Suitable for parts with low flatness.

Universal floating punch or lower die. Unit pressure (80- 100) MPa.

3. For the part with thick surface and fine marks, the teeth are square and diamond. Generally, coarse teeth are used for leveling.
