A normal baby may have a long foreskin, but the foreskin should be able to turn back to the glans. If the foreskin is narrow and tightly wrapped around the penis head, it is called phimosis. For children with congenital long foreskin, parents can often flip the foreskin repeatedly to expand the foreskin mouth. But the technique should be light and acceptable to children. After exposing the glans penis, clean up the scale and then reset it. If the foreskin is forcibly turned up and not reset in time, the foreskin mouth will be stuck in the penis groove, which will block the blood and lymph of the foreskin and penis head, cause congestion and edema, and be prone to infection and even necrosis.
