The lower back cover is made directly on the foundation, first as the structural layer, and then as the lining layer. Corner compensation shall be alternated at corners where the overlap between the felt layer and the cloth layer is less than 30 inches. The structural layer at the bottom of the tank body is made of 902# resin, and the inner lining is made of 330 1# resin. Small defects such as bubbles and delamination are allowed.

5. Assembly of FRP tank bottom.

After winding is completed, the tank body is connected with the tank bottom in a socket manner by a crane, and the joints are filled with resin mortar. Then, the seam between the inner wall of the tank and the bottom of the tank is sealed with felt and resin. According to the requirements of the construction drawing, make it into an arc with resin mortar, and then make a sealing layer with 8- 1Otnin thickness with felt paste. At the joint between the outer wall and the tank bottom, the resin is impregnated with glass fiber winding yarn, and the joint is made around the tank bottom, and then made of fiber felt or cloth.

6. Lifting of FRP storage tanks.
