3. The newly registered (hired) staff members of provincial, municipal and district-owned institutions within the urban area of this Municipality have no self-owned housing in the urban area of this Municipality.

Type b security object

The per capita annual income of two or more families is less than 72,000 yuan, the annual income of a single family is less than 96,000 yuan, and people in the following categories have never rented public housing in the urban area of this city, and the per capita housing construction area is 15 square meters (inclusive): (The following three points can be satisfied)

1. Have the household registration of residents in five urban areas of this city (including collective households) (except rural villagers and members of rural collective economic organizations).

2. Working in the urban area of this city and paying social insurance such as old-age pension in the urban area of this city for 3 years.

3. Skilled talents with full-time bachelor degree or above, intermediate or above (inclusive) professional title or technician or above (inclusive), and who have paid social insurance such as endowment insurance 1 year in this city.

Singles must be at least 30 years old.

Note: Under any of the following circumstances, you may not apply for Class A and B housing security:

1. If family members have real estate transactions (including buying and selling, gifts, divorce analysis, etc.). ) within 5 years before the date of application, the transaction time shall be subject to the transaction registration time of the real estate registration agency;

2. The applicant's family members have enjoyed the policy-oriented physical housing security such as affordable housing, price-limited housing, fund-raising housing, poverty-stricken housing and housing reform housing;

Pay the old-age insurance for urban workers in four districts of Fuzhou (including the basic old-age insurance for provincial and municipal institutions or the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees, requiring the registered address of the unit to be within four districts, the same below) or settle down (including family households, unit collective households and talent collective households, requiring the household address of the household registration book to be within four districts, the same below), and meet one of the following conditions:

1. Full-time doctoral students, full-time master students and full-time undergraduate graduates from "double-class" universities;

2. Professional and technical personnel with intermediate or above titles;

3, technicians and above professional qualifications (or vocational skill level) of skilled personnel;

4. High-level talents recognized by organizations and human society departments at or above the prefecture level or at the county level in Fuzhou need to provide selection certificates or related materials.

The applicant, his spouse and minor children need to have no self-owned house or rented public house in five districts of Fuzhou (Gulou District, Taijiang District, Cangshan District, Jin 'an District and Mawei District, the same below), and there is no transfer of house ownership in five districts of Fuzhou within five years before the application.

Type d security object

Work in the fourth district of Fuzhou and pay the endowment insurance for urban workers 12 months or settle down 1 year, and meet one of the following conditions:

1. Full-time college degree or above;

2. Graduates of full-time advanced classes and preparatory technician classes in technical colleges;

The applicant himself, his spouse and minor children (hereinafter referred to as "family security") need not own a house or rent a public house within the five districts of Fuzhou (Gulou District, Taijiang District, Cangshan District, Jin 'an District and Mawei District, the same below), and there is no transfer of house ownership within the five districts of Fuzhou within the five years before the application.

Migrant workers who have legal jobs in four urban areas of our city meet the following three conditions at the same time:

1. The household registration is not in the four urban areas, and the residence permit of our city has been obtained for 1 year or the social insurance has been paid for 1 year;

2. The per capita annual income of two or more families is below 72,000 yuan, and the annual income of a single family is below 96,000 yuan.

3. Family members have no self-owned housing or rented public housing in the five districts of our city, and there is no transfer of housing ownership in the five districts of our city within 5 years before the application.

Significance of public rental housing construction

Public rental housing covers a wide range, including not only local low-and middle-income families, but also new employees and migrant workers, and may be further expanded in the future. Legal basis:

Article 7 An application for public rental housing shall meet the following conditions:

(a) there is no room in the local area or the housing area is lower than the prescribed standard;

(two) the income and property are lower than the prescribed standards;

(3) If the applicant is a migrant worker, he has been stably employed in the local area for a specified number of years.

Article 8 An applicant shall submit application materials in accordance with the provisions of the housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level, and be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials.
