Legal basis: Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Article 2 People's Republic of China (PRC) has established frontier health and quarantine offices in ports, airports, frontier ports and ports on frontier rivers (hereinafter referred to as frontier ports) that carry out quarantine, monitoring and health supervision of infectious diseases in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
