Why do you hate Tik Tok?

As a person who hasn't downloaded this app, the following are the reasons why I hate Tik Tok:

1. It's a waste of time and easy to indulge

As a short video sharing platform, the video content on Tik Tok is varied and different in style, and the time of a video is at most three to five minutes. The seemingly fragmented video actually wastes time invisibly, and some people may brush hundreds of videos in a short time. Because the video is very short, it is easy for people to get addicted when using this app. They say that they will stop watching this video after brushing it, but they still can't let it go. Tik Tok is like a "spiritual opium", which is addictive!

2. The content quality is uneven

As a short video platform, Tik Tok has a large number of users and a large amount of traffic, which provides a platform for many people to show themselves and share their lives. However, the quality of these contents is uneven, and many people start grandstanding in order to gain traffic. For example, Feng Xiaoyi, who "eats a peach and is cool", and the "eso Men's Team" who imitates exo, etc., are trying to win the audience's attention and grandstanding, which makes people feel disgusted.

3. It is easy to teach bad children

Because children are young, they don't have the ability to distinguish the quality of videos. They often start to learn the contents of videos after brushing them, and there are also many online expressions that are popular among this group of children. When I went home this summer vacation, my sister always said words like "heartless Halasao" and "come to feed abc" in front of me, which I had never even heard before. This kind of online language made me very bored and felt harsh. Tik Tok, as a short video platform, has a variety of videos, but most of them are vulgar and non-nutritious, which is easy to teach bad children and harmful to their physical and mental development.

4. It's easy to lose yourself

Everyone in the video is glamorous. Some people create false identities and have unlimited scenery on the surface in order to make a video, but their real selves are just the opposite, which makes it easy for these video makers to lose themselves. People who watch videos in front of the screen, when they brush those videos, will have fantasies about the life in the videos, be dissatisfied with the status quo, and complain about real life again and again, which makes them lose themselves.
