The hospital was formerly known as the Department of Medical Plastic Surgery of the Second People's Hospital of Qingyang District, Chengdu, and was established in 1985. It is the earliest professional medical beauty institution in southwest China, founded by Ms. Zhang Juan, an internationally renowned plastic surgeon who enjoys the reputation of "opening eyelids" in Rongcheng. In 2005, we cooperated with Samsung Plastic Surgery Hospital in South Korea (a famous plastic surgery institution in South Korea, an authoritative international plastic surgery institution, a training institution designated by doctors of the International Medical Association, and a huge sum of money set up by Samsung Group) to jointly build the largest plastic surgery base between China and South Korea in the three southwestern provinces.
