On August 3rd1,after Ma Rongrong, a pregnant woman from Suide, fell to her death in the Second Ward of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Suide Hospital in Yulin City, the Yulin Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government and the Shaanxi Provincial Health Planning Commission attached great importance to it and set up a leading group for the investigation and handling of the "August 3rd1"pregnant woman falling from a building in Suide, Yulin City. On the basis of preliminary investigation, the preliminary investigation results of pregnant women who fell from the building were announced on the evening of September 7. Immediately, the Yulin Municipal Health Planning Commission and the public security department set up a special investigation team to conduct an in-depth investigation into the falling incident. It is considered that the structure and protection of hospital delivery room meet the safety and fire protection requirements of public places, and the inspection results of pregnant women in the hospital meet the indications of natural delivery law, and the relevant procedures of routine notification and family members' signature and consent to choose natural delivery have been fulfilled. The rescue measures of the emergency department of the hospital after the pregnant woman fell from the building conform to the diagnosis and treatment norms.
After careful analysis, the investigation team believes that the incident of pregnant women falling from the building subjectively reflects the hospital's lack of humanistic care and thoughtful service for pregnant women, on the other hand, it objectively reflects the hospital's omissions in management, mainly including: First, the personnel deployment system in emergencies has not been implemented, and the allocation of medical staff in emergencies cannot meet the needs of work; Second, there are loopholes in monitoring, medical staff are not careful enough to observe pregnant women, the course record is not complete enough, the overall evaluation of pregnant women is not comprehensive enough, and communication with patients is not enough; Third, there are weak links in medical safety management, such as the lack of access control system, patient safety management system and pregnant women safety system. In order to strengthen hospital management, on the evening of September 10, Yulin City Health and Family Planning Bureau decided to suspend the main person in charge of Suide Hospital, the first hospital of Yulin City, and instructed the hospital to immediately rectify the existing problems and weak links.
At the same time, Yulin City will handle the aftermath of the falling building objectively, fairly and realistically, do a good job in psychological comfort of family members, and seriously deal with the death of falling buildings according to the law and discipline.
A little more responsibility might not have happened. It's too late to say anything now. I just hope I can learn a lesson and improve my future work.
