Can be cut along the original incision, fully peel off the skin below the double eyelid line, remove the orbicularis oculi muscle and the tissue in front of the meibomian, and sew up the incision by using the extensibility of the upper eyelid skin to increase the width of the double eyelid.

Third, the double eyelids are too wide, which means that the width of the double eyelids exceeds 8 mm

For those patients whose eyes are not European, but whose normal double eyelid lines are wider, it is better to trim them. Just redesign the incision within 6-8 mm to repair the double eyelids, and cut off the original incision together.

Four: three eyelids

It can disappear after natural swelling; You can also pull the skin on the upper edge of the incision for 2 to 3 months to make it slack and droop, covering the redundant double eyelid line. In severe cases, the skin at the lower edge of the incision should be cut, peeled off and released according to the original incision, and the skin at the lower edge of the incision should be sutured upwards beyond the adhesion between the original meibomian and the skin.

Redesign the double eyelid line, widen the inner and outer width of the double eyelid line for double eyelid repair, cut along the original double eyelid line, and remove part of the upper eyelid skin at the upper edge of the incision to make the inner and outer widths coordinated.

Redesign the double eyelids on the side with poor incision according to the ideal side to repair the double eyelids.
