1, Cross Branch
Cross-branch means that two side branches cross and interfere with each other to form an X-shape. The horizontal branches will look messy and should be cut off. When splicing branches, you can only choose the better one from the two branches and cut off the other one.
2. Parallel branches
Parallel branches refer to two branches in the same direction, which are parallel to each other. Its length is the same as its length. You have to cut off a branch, or cut it short and swing it in the twisting direction of climbing.
3, verticillate branches
A verticillate branch refers to more than three lateral branches growing at the same height of the trunk. The verticillate branches are not easy to grow evenly, which hinders the appearance. We should leave a proper angle or healthy branches and side branches, and cut off other branches.
4. Symmetric branches
Symmetrical branches refer to branches that are opposite to each other at the same level, that is, two branches or one left and one right are born in front of the trunk. For the common symmetrical branches of budding tree species, one branch should be trimmed and staggered from bottom to top.
5. Clustered branches
Cluster branches are several lateral branches that grow in the same part of the trunk. If you want to keep this part of the branches, you can only keep the healthy side branches, and all the others should be cut off.
