After acceptance, the certificate can be obtained within 10 days. This is the ideal time, but the actual time depends on your progress and the work arrangements of other departments.

If qualified, you can get a food business license for certification in up to 40 days. In addition to making a decision on administrative license on the spot, the local food and drug supervision and administration department at or above the county level shall make a decision on whether to approve the administrative license within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application.
