According to historical records, Qiao Shan has been a treasure house of mountains since ancient times. There were temples, stone tablets and desks in the early years. According to legend, the Yellow Emperor was buried in Qiao Shan after his death and ascended to heaven. In history, Qiao Shan had an official who kept the tomb, and this official was later called Qiao Guan. After listening to his introduction, we have a deeper impression on Qiao Shan. In order to appreciate its elegance and charm more, we wandered around the mountainside for a whole circle.

According to historical records, there is a fairy road on the mountain, but around Qiao Shan, all kinds of trees, vast trees, covered the line of sight, never find the fairy road. With the telescope brought by Ceng Zhi, we scanned the mountain in turn, and saw a mountain stalk undulating in the forest, just like a green python wrapped around it. Maybe that's the road to immortality? Instead, I found a "fairy cave" hidden in the forest on the western hillside. The history books say that "there are caves on the slopes of Shanxi, and red water comes out in autumn". Is this hole just a stone cave with red water? People who climbed said that the hole was bottomless, and the stone fell and tinkled like a bronze bell.

Legend has it that Uncle Qiao Shan and Uncle Cangshan were good brothers in their early years. Then somehow, they turned against each other. Uncle Qiao Shan slapped Uncle Cangshan and knocked off his hat, which looks like a straw hat on the west side of Cangshan today. But adult Cangshan retaliated with an arrow, which just hit adult Qiao Shan's waist, so every autumn, red water still flows around his waist! As for "there is a stone dike like a nose under the hole", it has not been found. It happened that an old man was herding sheep on the hillside. We hurried to ask him. The old man's name is Hao Guangling. He is 84 years old and comes from Qiaoxi Village. He is very talkative. Pointing to the cliff in the mountain forest, he said that in the early years, there was a big cliff head several feet high, and a stone pillar hung straight down from the cliff, with a fine top and a thick bottom. Looking up from my village, it looks like a fairy's nose. So my village has long been called "Yan Wangbi Village", but people in other villages call it "Yan Wangbi Village" and now it is renamed "Qiaoxi Village". I looked at this small mountain village in the west of Qiao Shan. It was as pale as a mountain shade, like an old man in a tray. This is an example that the villages in our county are named after things, that is, after natural geographical entities.
