Square wave shaping chip
Using inverters such as 74HC04, 74HC04, 74HC 14, 74HC 14 and CD4069, various waveforms can be simply shaped into rectangular waves. If it is a symmetrical waveform such as sine wave, the shaping output is a square wave. If the amplitude range of the input voltage spans positive and negative, a DC blocking capacitor coupling and a bias voltage circuit should be added between the input signal and the inverter input. Generally, a rectangular wave can be obtained by one inversion, and a rectangular wave with very good quality can be obtained by two inversions at most. Schmidt inverters, such as 74HC 14 and 74HC 14, have better effects and can remove high-frequency stray waves (burrs) from waveforms.
