Abstract: Objective To explore the nursing effect of dedicated nursing in patients after breast cancer surgery. Methods 115 patients with breast cancer after surgery were provided with dedicated nurses responsible for the entire process of care, including wound care, psychological care, family care and other comprehensive care. Results: All patients did not suffer from necrosis of the limb on the operated side, suicidal tendencies, depression or other accidents. Conclusion Comprehensive and effective nursing measures can avoid psychological disorders, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life.

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, with an incidence rate of 23/100,000 in my country, accounting for all types of cancer in the body. It accounts for 7% to 10% of malignant tumors. In recent years, its incidence has been on the rise, surpassing cervical cancer and becoming the malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate in women. Breast cancer mostly occurs in women between the ages of 40 and 60, and is particularly common in women before and after menopause and menopause. The cause is not yet fully understood. Surgical resection is one of the main methods of treating breast cancer. At present, most in China adopt radical mastectomy, modified radical mastectomy or extended radical mastectomy. Simple mastectomy only involves total mastectomy. This method is simple, but the local recurrence rate is high. In clinical practice, this method is used less frequently. Breast-conserving surgery In our municipal hospital, it has not been implemented yet due to restrictions. Regarding post-operative care for breast cancer, it has been found from long-term clinical work that many factors have a great impact on postoperative recovery and directly affect the recovery of patients.

1 Clinical data
