How to make pure buckwheat steamed bread?
The method of making steamed bread with buckwheat flour: 1, mix flour with baking powder and buckwheat flour. 2. When the dough has honeycomb holes, divide the dough into small pieces and make steamed bread. 3. Put the steamed bread into a steamer and steam it.

Ingredients: buckwheat flour 100g, high-gluten flour 150g, black sesame powder 20g, a little instant oatmeal, yeast 3g, cream 25g, eggs 3g, salt 3g, sugar 30g, and a proper amount of warm water.

Exercise:

1). Buckwheat, flour, sesame powder, half cereal, mix together, add salt, and mix eggs.

2) Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water (about 60ml), add sugar to melt it, slowly pour it into the flour, and stir while pouring it to see the consistency of the flour. If the flour is too hard, you can add warm water. Finally, add cream and knead well, knead into smooth dough, cover with oil paper, and start wet-warm fermentation to double the size.

3) After the dough is fermented, take it out, press out bubbles with a rolling pin and divide it into round piles of appropriate size.

4) Grease the baking tray, put it on the baking tray, ferment for 30 minutes as described above, and sprinkle oatmeal on the surface.

5) Preheat the oven to 170℃, bake it up and down for 8 minutes, and then bake it at 150℃ for 5 minutes until cooked.

Remarks:

1). The viscosity of miscellaneous grains powder is not very clear, and the proportion of water absorbed is not very correct. It is best to replenish water bit by bit. When the yeast water is used up, add warm water and stir until it becomes a satisfactory dough.

2). If it is fermented in an oven, the humidity of the oven itself is very heavy, and there is no need to sprinkle water. If the oven is dry, spray it inside before baking.
