The school has 2 10 teachers, including 3 special-grade teachers, 3 engineers, 74 senior teachers, 62 professional teachers and 36 double-qualified teachers. Of the 37 art teachers, 6 graduated from Central Conservatory of Music and 4 from Tianjin Conservatory of Music. Eight of them are members of Hebei Branch of China Musicians Association, six are members of Provincial Artists Association and three are provincial singers. Liu, an art teacher, was named "National Key Teacher" and Li Bing, a dance teacher, was named "National Excellent Music Teacher". Our school is also a window school for Baoding's foreign exchange. The United States, Canada, New Zealand, Russia, Japan and many other countries have come to our school for friendly visits and artistic and cultural exchanges.
