What foods can cause oily skin? What foods can help improve oil muscle problems?
Are you always troubled by shiny problems? Maybe the real killer of oily muscles is not the skin care products and cosmetics used on your face. When you apply a lot of oil control products to your face, but you still have to wipe off the oil slick with oil-absorbing tissue, you will find that the original moist, radiant and non-greasy skin can never go back! But don't give up in a hurry. Maybe the culprit of oil muscle is not the product you use, but your daily diet!

Skin care expert Zoe Dent to find out the cause of oily muscle. Dent said: "What people usually eat will greatly affect their physical changes, especially their skin condition. Basically, the skin is closely related to the health of the intestines and hormones. If the intestines and hormones can maintain a balance, then the skin can stay healthy. " If the hormones in the intestine are unbalanced, it will inevitably form oil muscles and acne.

So how to solve the oil muscle problem? Dent explained that eating certain foods will not directly lead to oily skin, but the imbalance between good bacteria and bad bacteria in the body, immune system and intestinal nutrient absorption will affect our skin health.

The real cause of body imbalance is too much sugar, dairy products and gluten, and lack of healthy omega-3 fat, zinc, probiotics, vitamins A, C, E and protein (especially collagen)! Specifically, high-sugar foods (non-alcoholic drinks and sweets) and highly processed foods (hamburgers, French fries and pizza) should be avoided. Milkshakes and ice cream are the main culprits of acne and oily skin because they contain a lot of sugar and dairy products.

Now that we know which foods should be avoided to cause oily skin, let Dent tell you what foods you can eat to improve oily skin:

Avocado Avocado is rich in fiber, vitamin E and Omega-3 fat which are beneficial to the skin.

Pumpkin seeds Pumpkin seeds are rich in healthy fat and zinc. Zinc can help sebaceous glands to produce oil and function normally, and help to repair skin damage and keep skin soft. Pumpkin seeds are also rich in magnesium, which can help the skin detoxify, delay the aging process and prevent the growth of acne.

Soup soup is rich in water and collagen, which is helpful for skin repair and balance.

White cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, which are common in Brassica vegetables, are rich in vitamin C, which can repair the skin and are very important for the production of collagen.

Brazil nut Brazil nut contains selenium, which can provide the basic daily intake of human body. Selenium is a strong antioxidant, which can play a role together with vitamins E and C, and is of great help to the immune system.

Coconut oil Coconut oil is a natural antibacterial agent containing medium-chain fatty acids, which not only helps to repair the skin barrier and lock in moisture, thus moisturizing the skin, but also reduces inflammatory symptoms.

Iced tea Iced tea can enhance the hydration in the body and rebalance the skin condition. It is a good choice to have a cup of iced lemon green tea in summer, because lemon can increase the antioxidants in green tea and help prevent skin from getting oily and breeding bacteria to grow acne.
