Many home decorations will install curved cabinet doors. Curved cabinet doors not only look good, but also have a large storage space, so they are very popular. So how do we make ordinary wooden boards into our common curved cabinets? What about the cupboard door? The production process mainly has the following three steps.
First, pieces of square wood are passed through the wood former so that their edges are cut at specific angles. Workers then use an adhesive applicator to apply adhesive to their beveled edges. He then lined up the square logs on a piece of fabricated furniture and adjusted them to specific radii and arcs. This is a processing factory that specializes in making curved cabinet doors. Before the square wood is automatically cut, the factory first draws a sketch and converts it into a technical drawing, and then compiles the drawing onto the wood former to ensure that each square wood is cut at a specific angle.
Second, workers use furniture to tightly add the square wood together, and the glue will cool and solidify within 20 minutes. The board is then placed on a computer-guided router, which planes both sides of the board to a smooth surface. Subsequently, the worker replaced the head of the router and carved out slots for installing the cabinet door frame on the contour edge of the wooden board. Of course, you can also customize specific patterns or text according to your own needs. Next, a computer-guided sander smoothes the surface of the wood for later staining or painting.
Third, the next step is to make the edge frame of the cabinet door. Workers apply heat-activated glue to the thin wood slices and then stack them on the curved cabinet door planks. The press tightens the thin wood slices. They are squeezed together tightly, and then a large amount of heat is generated due to the electric current, which triggers the adhesive and bonds the thin wood pieces into a curved wooden board. Then these frame wooden boards can be glued to the slots of the curved cabinet doors with adhesive. , then the worker adds them together again using the furniture and lets the glue set. Half an hour later, a customized curved cabinet door was completed.
