On the Barber's Haircutting Art
Our hair has been growing since birth. In addition to the custom, people who never cut their hair all their lives and those who expect to set a world record for hair length don't need a haircut. We all need to have a haircut constantly.

Everyone loves beauty and wants to dress up from head to toe at any time to meet their own or others' aesthetic needs. Therefore, hair stylists, fashion designers and even plastic surgeons have emerged, among which hair stylists have become the primary targets to meet people's needs for beauty because of their closeness to the people.

I don't like haircuts since I was a child, probably because I was cheated by my mother once.

In the summer of hours, I was crazy about long hair. In hot weather, I would rather endure the prickly heat on my forehead than cut my hair short. Mom said, I'll take you to have your hair cut, not cut it short. With a grain of salt, I followed her to the barber shop without a mirror. Maybe I discussed it with my mother in advance. The barber repeatedly cut my long hair into watermelon skin and lied that I was still a princess with long hair.

At that time, I was young. My mother bought me two lollipops, but I still have no free hand to touch my head. On the way home, the sun shone on the road, and all the shadows were particularly obvious. I saw my own shadow, and my head around my neck was like half a watermelon. I understand everything, crying and rolling on the road, I don't want any lollipops in my hand. I just want justice.

In my mind, the artistic image of the barber comes from an article by Han Shaogong: Qinglong Crescent Moon Blade. The barber described in it is very warm and skilled, and he is a moral person who walks the rivers and lakes with professional weapons. I read that article several times when I was young.

With the growth of age, the number of haircuts gradually increases, and the degree of love for beauty is also proportional.

In the early days, I would describe the hairstyle I wanted with the barber in words. Finally, I found that language can't fully express my hairstyle style. The worst time was when I cut my hair and looked at myself in the mirror, as if a crow had flown over my forehead. The barber turned me into a killer.

In the middle period, I learned a little better. I drew my hairstyle on a piece of paper with a pencil and took it to the barber's shop and put it on the table for the barber to cut, but the effect was still not satisfactory.

Now, I won't go to the barber shop unless I have to. I know that I can meet an artist named hairstylist, who can fully create my characteristics and temperament. If you are unlucky, you have to wear a hat or a black parasol to hide your shame when you go out.

In these three months, I met two very different hairdressers.

A hairdresser cut his hair very fast, a little unruly, as if my head were a ball, spinning, and I refrained from being angry. After cutting, it was unexpectedly good. Hair is messy but neat, beautiful but not dull.

A barber unexpectedly cut my hair seriously and asked me to wear glasses all the time when I cut my hair (myopia, I can't see my face when I take off my glasses) and ask for my advice. He carefully disagreed with me. After cutting, although they all meet my requirements, they lack an aura. I know I'm going out with my hat again.

Barbershops are everywhere, but there are few hairdressers with artist characteristics. I don't know how many times I have to do experiments on my hair before I meet a barber who can fully discover my characteristics, and I may never find out.

There is an art in every field. It is a necessary process for every professional to let go of his mind and then become proficient in his technology. Some people are bold and confident, and they can show a spirit in doing everything; Some people are cautious and conscientious, but lack self-confidence. Although they do things perfectly, they are so perfect that they have no characteristics. This is the difference between an artist and a craftsman.

A person with a calm temperament and an independent mind can make people shine, even if it looks ordinary. On the contrary, even if their faces and clothes are distinctive, people don't look conspicuous. Many people, including me, understand this truth, but it takes courage to do it.

I know, I have to be ugly for months or even a year with my newly cut hair.
