Anterior nasal endoscope is a method to observe the nasal cavity through the anterior nasal orifice. With the help of the light reflected by the frontal mirror, we can peek at the color of nasal mucosa, the size of middle and lower turbinates, the shape of nasal septum, the secretion in nasal cavity and whether there are tumors and foreign bodies, so as to achieve the purpose of diagnosing diseases. Normal nasal mucosa is reddish with smooth, moist and shiny surface. In acute inflammation, the mucosa is bright red with sticky secretions. In chronic inflammation, the mucosa is dark red, the front end of the inferior turbinate is sometimes mulberry-shaped, and the secretion is sticky. The mucous membrane of allergic rhinitis is pale and edema or lavender, and the secretion is watery. The mucosa of atrophic rhinitis is atrophic and dry, losing its normal luster, covered with pus scabs, the inferior turbinate is shrunk, and the middle turbinate is occasionally thickened or polypoid. Doctors often ask for an anterior rhinoscopy.

Put in the chemical indicator card, seal it with a heating sealing machine, and indicate the department, item name, disinfection date, expiration date and operator name outside the bag. Nasal mirrors are put in baskets one by one and put in a plasma sterilizer, and the disinfection time is about 60 minutes.
