Machining of threaded holes on cemented carbide
When machining threads on cemented carbide, if the precision is not high, it can be produced by molding, and the shrinkage coefficient should be considered, but the technical requirements are quite high and the molding is difficult.

When machining threads on cemented carbide, if the precision is high and the hole is small, it can be machined by EDM machine. Now, with the C-axis EDM machine, threads with any pitch can be made without fixture, as long as the thread electrode is machined.

If higher precision is needed, it can only be processed by internal thread grinder, which can grind threads of different specifications, with higher efficiency and better size control than electric pulse.
