In the production area, cutting is combined with pruning and shaping of pepper orchards, and cutting is carried out in February-March. Pick the top 2 weeks before pruning to promote tissue enrichment. Mother plants with cuttings should be selected from plants that have been planted for 1 ~ 3 years and are free from pests and diseases. After cutting, we should choose a strong main vine with a growth period of 4 ~ 6 months, a thickness of more than 0.6 cm, developed root system and full axillary buds, cut off 5 ~ 7 cuttings and the branches of the last two sections, soak them in clear water for 0.5 hour to keep moisture. According to the row spacing of 20 ~ 30cm, ditch the finished ridge, insert a cutting at an angle of 40 ~ 50 every 10 ~ 15cm, and cover the soil to expose two cutting surfaces. Shading with shading nets or other shading objects after cutting can keep 80% ~ 90% of the shading boundary and keep the soil moist. After the seedlings were unearthed, the degree of shading gradually decreased. Generally, after 20 ~ 25 days of cultivation, it can be transplanted out of the nursery.
