This software is quite small, about 3M in size, and requires no installation.
SAI is specially designed for drawing, and many of its functions are more user-friendly than Photoshop.
For example, you can rotate and flip the canvas arbitrarily, and anti-alias when scaling.
Powerful ink line function
1. Hand shake correction function. Effectively improves the biggest problem when drawing with a handwriting tablet.
2. The vectorized pen layer can draw smooth curves and can be adjusted arbitrarily like the pen tool of PS.
The brush settings are also quite detailed. The tool changing function is also very considerate. For example, long pressing E will temporarily turn it into an eraser, and then release it and turn it back into a brush. Pressing the key quickly will switch tools.
※Usage Help※
★Brush tools:
1. Pencil
Adjustable tool for drawing thin lines
2. Airbrush
A spray-style tool
3. Pen
A watercolor tool with a strong style. Ability to mix base colors and opacity for painting.
With blur and rendering effects. When the layer transparency is protected, it becomes the brush tool.
4. Watercolor pen
Transparent style watercolor tool. Ability to blend background color and opacity for drawing.
If you draw with a pen pressure lower than the one set in "Blur Pen Pressure", it becomes a blur tool. No color can be drawn at this time.
Please use it according to the pen pressure.
If you do not set the "Minimum Radius" larger, the blur effect will become worse
If you set the "Blending Opacity" to 0, it will become a blur tool without transparency.
5. 2-value pen
A tool that is close to setting the wet painting mode of the old watercolor pen to OFF.
Can produce the effect of dyeing color on paper. A certain degree of transparency can be achieved with pen pressure control.
However, it is not possible to return to a previously achieved transparency.
When the layer transparency is protected, it becomes the brush tool.
6. Eraser
Eraser tool. Generally drawn with transparent colors. When the layer transparency is protected, it will be drawn with white RGB (255, 255, 255)
7. Selection Pen Tool
A tool for correcting the details of the selected area (added to the selection)< /p>
8. Selection erase tool
A tool for correcting the details of the selected area (subtracted from the selection)
★Parameter settings for brush tools:
1. Brush size unit
Set the unit for brush size. Please choose according to the size of the brush you are using.
2. Brush size
Adjustable brush size
3. Blending mode
Normal: general drawing mode
Multiplication (multiplication): Multiply the background color by the percentage of the pixel density to draw
Each time the strokes are superimposed, the color will deepen
Bright : When the painting color (foreground color) and the background color (background color) have different hues, the brightness will be reduced to suppress
the color from turning black
Especially for pens, watercolor pens have a strong effect Effect
Depth: A mode between multiplication mode and normal mode. The only tools that can be used are pens and watercolor brushes
Edge Hardness: Set the softness and hardness of the brush edge< /p>
Brush density: Set the density when drawing with various brushes
Minimum radius: The radius size of the brush when the pen pressure is minimum
Background color mixing: ( pen, watercolor pen, 2-value pen) specifies the degree of blending with the background color.
Moisture content: (pen, watercolor brush) Specify the increment of opacity to change the water content of the painting tool.
Use a watercolor pen. When this parameter is set to 0, it will become a blur tool without transparency
Color extension: (pen, watercolor pen, 2-value pen) set color degree of extension
Blur Pressure: (Watercolor Brush) Set the pen pressure of the blur tool that does not draw pixels
Maintain Opacity: (Pen, Watercolor Brush)
When painting from a pixel-containing part to a transparent part, the original transparency will be maintained
[★Detailed settings]
1. Drawing quality: Set whether to prioritize drawing speed or Prioritize drawing quality
2. Edge hardness: Set the hardness of the brush edge. It is recommended to use a brush with clear edges
3. Minimum concentration: The concentration of the brush when the pen pressure is minimum< /p>
4. Maximum pen pressure: the pen pressure when reaching the maximum pen density
5. Pen pressure sensitivity: Set the pen pressure sensitivity of the tablet
6. Pen pressure: Set parameters to control various pen pressures

★Selection tool
Selection extraction mode:
When setting the selection area, determine the edge detection plan.
In addition, the selected range will also become the object of boundary detection.
For the selection range, the boundary detection scheme defaults to "transparent part surrounded by lines"
Transparent parts surrounded by lines (exact):
Select lines The enclosed area, however, the selected area must be transparent.
Accurate edge detection will be performed.
Transparency and judgment range:
After clicking a certain position, the pixel transparency at that position +/- transparency and judgment range will be selected.
Transparent portion enclosed by line (not precise):
Selects the area enclosed by the line, however, the selected area must be transparent.
Inaccurate edge detection will occur to some extent.
Use it for paintings with messy lines (such as drawing manuscripts), but if the lines are too messy, the effect will be lost.
Transparency and judgment range:
