Carbon crystal frame: characterized by high strength and firmness, but the material is brittle and easy to crack after impact in winter. The way to distinguish the carbon crystal frame is: the temples are made of iron and the surface is painted.
Epoxy resin: light specific gravity, bright color, good elasticity and long service life. Epoxy resin was first developed by European optical company, which is mainly used to manufacture racks of well-known brands such as CD and Dunhill. The way to distinguish epoxy resin is that there is no core at the temples, while the acetate frame has a metal core. In addition, the epoxy frame is brightly colored.

White copper: (called copper-zinc alloy): The main components are copper 64%, zinc 18% and nickel 18%.
This material is the cheapest and easy to process. Electroplating is mainly used to make hinge support lines, small pieces and low grades. Most of our company's mirror frames in 200 yuan, such as 100 set of mirrors, are made of white copper.
Monel: Nickel-copper alloy, with nickel content of about 63% and copper content of about 28%. In addition, there are a few other metals, such as iron and manganese, especially: corrosion resistance, high strength and firm welding. Most of Sasaki hangers, wild hangers and other mid-range hangers distributed by our company are made of this material, and a few people are allergic to nickel leather.
High nickel alloy: the nickel content is as high as 80% or more, mainly including nickel-chromium alloy and manganese-nickel alloy. High nickel alloy has better corrosion resistance, in addition, the elasticity of the material is better than Monel, and some imported racks and domestic racks use this material.
K gold frame: generally, it is 18K gold, which means that the content of pure gold 24K in the frame is 18/24. If it is 750/ 1000, it means that the content of silver, copper and other substances is 250/ 1000. 18K gold glasses, if the weight is 40g, the gold content is18 ÷ 24x40 = 30g.
Gold-plated frame: the process is to add solder or directly mechanically bond between the surface metal and the substrate. Compared with electroplating, the metal layer on the surface of the coating material is thicker, which also has a bright appearance and good durability and corrosion resistance.
Representation of gold number: According to the regulations of the International Precious Metals Conference, products with the weight ratio of gold to alloy above 1/20 are represented by GF, and products below 1/20 are represented by RGP.
Titanium and pure titanium frames: the specific gravity of titanium is only 4.5, which is very corrosion-resistant and twice as strong as steel. It is called "space metal" and has no metal allergy. In the early stage, titanium alloy was difficult to cut and weld. Titanium material: refers to a special alloy formed by mixing pure titanium with metals such as nickel and chromium (accounting for 30%). Tortoise shell frame
Tortoise shell is the name of a turtle that lives in tropical waters. Its main component is protein, accounting for about 90%. In addition, it also contains about 10% water. 3. Titanium-titanium frame has the following types:
A) Pure titanium gold: specific gravity: 4.5.
