The one-child certificate is called the honor certificate of the one-child parents. Couples who have obtained the honor certificate of the only-child parents shall enjoy the reward of the only-child parents in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

The process of handling the one-child certificate is as follows:

1, you need to bring your household registration book and the original marriage certificate.

2, by the woman to the unit (no unit to the local residents committee) to receive the "one-child card application form".

3, by the husband and wife units (no unit by the local residents' committee) after the preliminary approval, to the township or street family planning office audit.

4, for the application of complete materials, within fifteen days after the audit, submitted to the county family planning commission for approval.

5, the county family planning commission received the application within thirty days from the next day for approval, to meet the conditions, issued a "one-child certificate".
