I know how easy this kind of work is, because I have worked for 30 years and taught for 20 years. Like many people, I have been extremely sensitive to the surrounding atmosphere since I was born, which is the main reason why I set foot in this field. I remember when I was in kindergarten, I was scared when I saw a deep alley. When playing in the park, I will deliberately avoid certain venues and trees. The most embarrassing thing is that I remember I was so afraid of the long and dark corridor in our house that I had to pee behind the curtain in my bedroom to avoid going to the bathroom through it-I was only two or three years old at that time. Strangely, no one at home noticed. If anyone saw it, they might think it was a cat.

Fortunately, I have overcome that special fear now, so you can safely invite me to your home. I won't jump directly into bed from a distance to avoid monsters poking around, but I will still be disturbed by the breath.

My whole lifestyle and family thinking mode convince me that my sensitivity is due to my overactive imagination. Therefore, I remain silent about sensitivity and anxiety. If I really express my anxiety about something or a place, others will either laugh at me for "lack of strength to calm down" or give me a sincere hug to comfort me and say, "Look, look, don't be afraid, there is nothing." Ironically, there was something at that time, yes, it was the aura.

I clearly remember that I hated the smell of a place. My mother, like thousands of mothers, loves me, comforts me and tells me that there is nothing there. It is my mother's sincere concern and calm face that makes me begin to doubt my sensitivity to aura, and even feel ashamed of my paranoia, so I don't like to talk about my sensitivity to aura in public, because sometimes I feel embarrassed like a madman, especially those who can't accept the concept and mentality of aura completely.

I think parents should face up to their children's sensitivity. When children are anxious, parents should comfort their children and say something like this: "Baby, let mom and dad come and have a look. Well, what do you think it feels like? " Instead of arbitrarily saying, "boy, don't be silly, there is nothing there."

When I grow up to be a strong young man, I can still feel the vibration waves around me. On the other hand, I also learned to smoke and drink, and I also like to go for a ride by motorcycle. Although I am sensitive to the surrounding vibration waves, I am a reckless person. This special function has not made me sentimental, nor has it made me a poetic person. But I have a keen insight into the people around me and the environment. No matter how he hides it, I can tell his emotions in a short time. In my opinion, the atmosphere and scenery of the room are changing everywhere, so charming.

At the age of 22, I began to meditate-I was like an overloaded machine-and then I found that my sensitivity improved. I can enhance my sensitivity by sitting still. With the relaxation of emotions and thoughts, "interference" has decreased, "noise" has decreased, and my body and mind have become broader. I feel my soul exists in my body, and I feel energy flowing around me. It is also very important that my daily meditation makes me strongly aware of the various smells I create. I noticed that these smells were completely determined by my emotions. I personally experienced a shocking result: I deliberately changed my mood, so that people or places around me can also emit corresponding gas fields, and people who enter this gas field can also feel vibration waves. In other words, I indirectly changed others.

After discovering this, I have to admit that I took it as a prank for a short time. One night when I was telling a ghost story to my friend, I made my mood very strange, and then I gloated and watched my friend suddenly start to be afraid. I tried to create a friendly atmosphere. Then I realized more and more clearly how powerful this innate human power is for good and evil. For example, a bully who can harness evil energy can scare others and put pressure on others through vibration waves-I believe most people have met such people.

At the same time, I began to read books on religion, psychopsychology and occultism. These books teach people how to influence and manipulate energy and breathing. After a short period of consideration, I feel that energy work is very important, and I began to have a clear, calm and correct attitude towards energy work. Because energy contains the power of caring, I devoted myself to energy research without hesitation. In fact, since I was 25 years old, I have been doing a two-year retreat in the mountains of southern Morocco, in order to experience energy and aura wholeheartedly, and learn more real operations and ways to change energy (see my book "The Holy Witch", publisher's Gothic image).

During my two-year retreat in South Morocco, I fully realized and learned a lot. After returning to London, I began to change the taste of fear and trouble with new insights and skills. Most people I meet are troubled by energy problems, but as long as they know the basic skills, they can deal with those problems by themselves. There are two common problems: the first is that people feel uncomfortable in the atmosphere of their living places, and the second is that people are easily influenced by other people's emotions and ideas, so they are afraid. My original purpose was to help people learn basic energy skills and make them more confident and creative when facing life. But it was really by accident that I started to learn the course of "energy skills" in education. Here's the thing: if the atmosphere in my home or workplace affects some people, I will talk to them and tell them why they are upset and how to change the existing atmosphere to eliminate this anxiety. In our conversation, they often show interest and gratitude. Then, their friends found me through them and asked me to help them solve similar problems. This has happened many times.

Later, I visited a spiritual group called the Horn Foundation in Scotland. Many members of the association are interested in my concept of energy field and invited me to teach them this course. Finally, my energy field theory was accepted by the public, and my name and research were passed on to their friends through people who had contacted my energy field theory. I spent a lot of time and energy answering the audience one by one. That's why I talk so much. All kinds of people come to me for help: from rich aristocrats to penniless hippies, from doctors and nurses to engineers and architects, and occasionally priests and nuns, plumbers, secretaries, social workers, computer engineers, therapists, stay-at-home parents and retirees. I have 25 years of experience in energy gas field education, and have taught all over the world, covering health care, management training, administrative services and other knowledge.

What moved and inspired me most was the feedback from my audience. Many people tell me that they can finally feel a comfortable sense of relaxation at home and in the office. They began to deal with interpersonal communication and solve working conditions easily. What impressed me most was this group of listeners, who spent most of their lives in anxiety. After listening to my class, they became very comfortable and relaxed when facing life. This really makes me happy. As a doctor of psychology, I have worked with many psychotherapists, and I know very well how hidden anxiety, fear and uneasiness are mapped to psychological concreteness. At the same time, I am also an energy regulation engineer, and I feel strongly about the gas field and vibration waves without visual images. Therefore, how to build self-protection skills and positive energy strategies in the field of psychology can fundamentally eliminate fear and anxiety while receiving psychotherapy, thus making us full of strength. This is good news for everyone.
