Buy DHC products, or you can apply tea to your face. You can't always use deoiled products just because you have oil on your face. The oil will come out after washing. If you apply honey and tea to your face every night, you can moisturize your skin, diminish inflammation and whiten it. When you go out, put some olive oil on your face with deoiled facial cleanser and then apply it with a hot towel. Remember that when your face is moisturized, it won't be oily.
