1. Open the engine compartment, remove the battery, battery holder and air cleaner housing at the upper part of the gearbox, and then remove the connecting screws between the gearbox and the upper part of the engine. Unplug the electrical and electronic plugs on the upper part of the gearbox and lift the vehicle.
2. Lift the vehicle to release the gearbox oil, drop the spindle beam and support the engine oil pan with a jack to ensure that the engine will not move.
3. Use another tray to firmly grasp the gearbox and put it down separately. After the gearbox was dropped, the big disc in the gearbox head shell was the hydraulic torque converter of the gearbox, so this part was replaced by an improved product. It can be installed without disassembling the gearbox, and the fault has nothing to do with the interior of the gearbox.
4. Install the improved torque converter. After installation, the gearbox and engine are installed and reset, and adding original gearbox oil can solve this kind of problem.
5. After the gearbox and chassis are all installed, add Honda original gearbox oil.
6. The problem that Honda CRV will tremble when it runs to 40 is completely solved.
7. To improve the torque converter, it is necessary to cut off the torque converter of the original car, replace the internal clutch friction material and install a new generation of high-performance high-carbon friction material. This process needs professional operation, which can't be solved by ordinary repair shops and gearbox maintenance centers. Need to have professional torque converter maintenance equipment maintenance manufacturers to upgrade and improve.
