According to the deposit law, if the payer defaults, the deposit will not be refunded. If the party who collects the deposit defaults, the deposit will be returned twice. Due to reasons not attributable to both parties, the deposit shall be returned to the party paying the deposit.
As stipulated in the deposit agreement, if the party who collects the deposit breaches the contract, it shall return the deposit twice, and if the party who pays the deposit breaches the contract, the other party has the right to detain the deposit.
