4. Sterile articles must be kept in sterile bags or containers and cannot be exposed to the air for too long. Sterile and non-sterile materials should be placed separately. Once the aseptic package is opened, it cannot be regarded as absolutely aseptic and should be used as soon as possible. All the sterile items that have been taken out cannot be put back into the sterile container even if they are not used.

5. Sterile bags should be put into a fixed cabinet according to the date of disinfection, kept clean and dry, and placed separately from non-sterile bags, and regularly check whether sterile bags or containers are expired and whether the materials used are appropriate.

6. Sterile saline, alcohol and bromogeramine cotton ball cans should be disinfected once a week. The dressing in the container, such as dry cotton balls and gauze pieces, should not be filled too full to avoid contamination when contacting the outside of the container.
