Straighten shaft parts with straightening machine;

After direct or local heating (such as flame heating), tap and straighten;

Press that inner hole of the thin-wall part into the mandrel, and then temper;

The two end face of that thin plate part are clamped and fix by a splint, and then tempered;

Simply polish the bottom surface of the parts with sandpaper to improve the flatness of the bottom surface;

After the quenching deformation of thin-walled parts is out of tolerance, the pressure quenching process is adopted for rework.
