What does excellent mean?
The division of bed medical rooms has always been divided into internal medicine and surgery. The concept of surgery refers to diseases that need surgical treatment, and the concept of internal medicine refers to diseases that can be treated by non-surgical methods of drugs, and there is no distinction between outpatient diseases and ward diseases. The book "Outpatient Surgery" does not divide surgery into outpatient surgery and ward surgery, but diagnoses diseases by analyzing patients' symptoms. The outpatient department and the ward are integrated and inseparable, and the patients in the ward are admitted to the ward from the outpatient department and the emergency department. Therefore, outpatient and emergency departments are the first places to see patients' symptoms and chief complaints, the center of disease triage, and the first places to treat ward patients. In all the textbooks, diseases are titled as diseases, and they are explained by consistent examples of epidemiology, etiology, symptomatology, diagnostics and therapeutics. However, in the outpatient department, the first thing you see in the emergency department is not a specific disease, but one or several symptoms and signs. They need the first-time (outpatient and emergency) doctors to analyze and make a diagnosis or a preliminary diagnosis. How to analyze, synthesize and diagnose is the theme of this book. Outpatient surgery begins with symptoms. From symptoms to diagnosis, from etiology to pathophysiology, from shallow to deep, we don't look for symptoms, but diagnose diseases according to symptoms. We write this way, hoping to inspire and help young doctors and clinical interns who have just joined the work. This is the original intention and purpose of writing this book. This book is mainly written by professors, associate professors with senior surgical experience and doctors from some other hospitals in Beijing Tongren Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. Due to the large number of authors, the writing format is slightly different. Although it has been adjusted and revised repeatedly, it is still not perfect, and mistakes and omissions are inevitable. I hope readers will give more advice and give more valuable opinions so as to correct them in the future. allow ...
