The list formed by CTRL+L key in EXCEL is a shortcut key to apply list style, which can be cancelled in the design and converted into a common data area.

The method comprises the following steps:

1. Open the EXCEL table to be operated, select the relevant cells, apply the table style through Ctrl+L, and select OK in the pop-up dialog box.

2. Select the converted region, and then click Convert to Region in the table designer.

3. A confirmation dialog box for converting to normal area pops up, and click OK.

4. Delete the first header row automatically created when applying the table style, click the drop-down button behind the fill color in the Start tab, and select "No fill color".

5. Return to the EXCEL table and find that the table style applied by Ctrl+L has been successfully cancelled.
